Adecco Recruitment is now recruiting a Executive Assistant for a prestigious client located in Trofa.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Managing Director Agenda and Schedule
- Contact and setting up meetings with partner and state authorities
- Create and editing management presentations
- Organize meetings and events (book hotels, restaurants, transfer services)
- Organizing and following up on corporate governance
- Set up and coordinating appointments with external and internal partners
- Monitoring the division's performance deadlines
- Creating and tracking cost center and personnel reports
- Organize and settling business trips
- Maintain checklists
- File and resubmission management for the Managing Director
- General secretarial and assistant tasks
Profile:
- Adequate academic degree
- 5 years of professional experience in the managing director assistance
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Good knowledge of SAP ERP / S4Hana
- Absolute discretion in handling confidential documents and processes
- Affinity for numbers and business contexts
- High resilience and assertiveness
