Trading Operations Specialist

For our client, a global leader in the energy sector, setting the direction for development in the areas of oil, gas, and innovative low-emission solutions, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Trade Operations Specialist.

Work schedule:

• Morning shift: 07:30–16:00
• Afternoon shift: 13:30–22:00
• Occasional work on Saturdays and public holidays

Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

• English proficiency min. B2 (only English required).
• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience in logistics / road delivery operations will be an asset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to cooperate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fast learner of new IT systems and tools.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems is an advantage.
• Minimum salary rage for the position: 40PLN Gross.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize accurate, cost‑effective, and timely delivery schedules for Retail and B2B customers.
• Ensure all planned deliveries comply with safety and operational procedures.
• Set up and maintain the truck diary in the scheduling system.
• Reflect supply and product availability constraints in the system setup.
• Allocate customer orders to trucks.
• Collaborate with internal teams involved in the Order‑to‑Delivery process.
• Act as the primary contact for hauliers and communicate any changes to delivery plans.
• Handle customer enquiries and assess feasibility of order amendments.
• Process urgent order requests within delivery promise guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
