SC Procurement Analyst

Client Description:

For our client, a global leader in the energy sector, setting the direction for development in the areas of oil, gas, and innovative low-emission solutions, we are looking for a candidate for the position of SC Procurement Analyst.

Join Contracting and Procurement team supporting the North American Shales business. As an SC Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of Request-to-Pay (RtP) transactions, including Purchase Orders, Service Entries, and Goods Receipts. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within our processes.

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

• Create and maintain Purchase Orders, Service Entries, and Goods Receipts in SAP.
• Resolve queries related to transactional processes and support invoice issue resolution.
• Provide RtP guidance to business partners and functional teams.
• Liaise with Category Managers and Procurement Managers for contract maintenance.
• Support vendor onboarding and assess tax implications for Purchase Orders.
• Drive process improvements and maximize ERP automation capabilities.
• Prepare daily reports on outstanding tasks and manage functional mailboxes.
• Communicate with stakeholders (mainly in Trinidad and Tobago) via email, Teams, and calls.
