Client Description:

For our Client we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter who wants to work in an environment focused on quality, results, and continuous improvement.

Recruitment here is not back-office. It’s about partnering with Account Managers and clients, participating in business meetings, and having a real impact on project delivery timelines.

Our Client is a leading European consultancy delivering high-end IT and business services.

Candidate Profile:

• You bring at least 4 years of solid experience in IT recruitment (background in agency, consulting, or outsourcing is highly valued)
• Fluency in English (B2+/C1) for effective professional communication
• You feel at home in structured environments designed to optimize performance and results
• You have the confidence to advise clients and act as a strategic advisor rather than just an order-taker
• You thrive in fast-paced, project-driven settings that require adaptability
• Deep familiarity with the tech landscape and a demonstrated ability to execute end-to-end recruitment cycles
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport easily

Responsibilities:

• Directing the entire hiring journey, from initial market research and talent sourcing to the successful integration of new hires
• Working hand-in-hand with Account Managers and actively contributing to high-level client briefings and business meetings
• Taking full charge of recruitment assignments, including the precise identification and clarification of technical requirements
• Acting as the central link between Account Managers, Technical Leads, internal teams, clients, and external vendors
• Cultivating long-term professional networks and ensuring a top-tier, seamless experience for every applicant
• Juggling multiple recruitment streams simultaneously without compromising on excellence or deadlines
