Profil kandydata:

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years managing IT projects, including cloud-based initiatives
• 2 to 4 years of project or team lead experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications from a recognized institution
• Effective communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of project management applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering projects with increasing complexity, including cloud transformation efforts
• Project leadership on multifaceted projects involving cloud infrastructure and services
• Has advanced knowledge of/skills in engineering fields like software, hardware, and project management techniques and methods, with emphasis on cloud-native development and DevOps practices
• PMP Certification
• Scrum Master Certification (PSM or CSM)
• Proficiency in Clarity and JIRA is highly desirable
• Previous experience in a similar gaming industry setting, especially with cloud-hosted platforms

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

Responsibilities

• Assigned to multiple projects, including those leveraging cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Coordinates the activities of multi-disciplinary teams in the achievement of project objectives and outcomes, including cloud migration and integration efforts
• Facilitates the flow of information among team members on assigned projects, ensuring alignment on cloud architecture and deployment strategies
• Participates in removing project barriers and roadblocks, including those related to cloud security, compliance, and performance
• Develops, tracks, and reports on project progress, schedules, and project metrics—including cloud resource utilization and cost optimization
• Completes the full scope of large, complex assignments/projects that involve multiple technology systems, including hybrid and cloud-native environments
• Other duties as assigned
