Junior Trade Processing Specialist

Opis klienta:

Currently, we are searching for a Candidate for our Financial Client - Global Investment Bank.

Profil kandydata:

● Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience).

● English language proficiency at B2/C1 level. 

● Experience in industry is a plus

● Ability to communities effectively and to absorb financial knowledge 

● Self-starter, proactive and objective oriented

● Ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities

● MS Office and general computer literacy is required

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

• Review and verify client trade instructions for accuracy.
• Communicate with clients to fix any issues in instructions (mostly by email).
• Monitor trade transactions from start to settlement.
• Contact global banks and partners to check transaction status.
• Investigate and resolve any problems with trades.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Help test and implement new tools or processes.
• Spot common issues and suggest ways to improve.
• Keep tasks organized and meet tight deadlines.
• Make sure clients are updated and satisfied with the process.
