For our client -European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:

Editor/Proof Reader in Return Division/Pre-Return Unit/Return Facilities Sector/Pre-Return Projects Team

Candidate Profile:

• At least 3-year experience in a similar position,
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent English min.B2 - work completely in English

Responsibilities:

• to support the project team in management of projects;
• to co-ordinate and monitor the workflow of documents;
• to perform linguistic checks of documents or texts;
• to draft and/or edit notes, letters, reports, guidelines and follow up on them;
• to assist with the organisation of trainings, meetings, and workshops;
• to assist in drafting training materials, including integrating input from involved stakeholders;
• to prepare statistical data (tables, graphs and charts) and reports;
• to support the project team in development of new tools, and/or adjustments of existing tools;
• to perform administrative tasks as required.
