Currently, we are searching for a candidate for our client, a global investment bank - an international firm offering leading financial services and technological solutions in asset management.
Ops Specialist Client Account Profile: responsible for ensuring that new accounts are set up properly and maintained effectively on our Client systems and that ASL documents are processed. He/she should assist internal clients in the account opening process and keep them updated on the status of their account openings and maintenance. The Client Account Specialist will work closely with the Client Service Group to provide our internal clients with quick and accurate account set-ups.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated PC skills.
- Ability to identify, escalate and resolve a problem.
- Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills (English).
- Client service skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.
- Organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Minimum salary for the position: 33,73PLN Gross/h
Responsibilities:
- Set up new accounts, make changes to existing accounts and close accounts that are no longer needed. Code data from the new account form into various systems. Perform maintenance functions on existing accounts.
- Populate ASL documents to the internal system.
- Monitor and identify incomplete or inconsistent information that may pose a risk to the organization or its clients. Resolve discrepancies and execute the transaction.
- Escalate problem items.
- Understand client systems and workflows beyond the immediate team and utilize this knowledge to suggest process improvements that will benefit the department. Assist the team in developing and implementing process improvements which will reduce risk and/or increase productivity.
- Learn how client systems interact with one another.
