Candidate Profile:

● 5–8 years of experience in business operations, preferably in large, multinational organizations.

● Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.

● Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and support executive-level decision-making.

● Comfortable working in a matrixed environment and influencing stakeholders across departments.

● Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

● Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Power Apps is a plus.

● Experience with service delivery or customer experience (CX) functions is highly desirable.

● Ability to work independently and think strategically, while staying detail-oriented and execution-focused.

We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to support global service delivery teams by driving operational performance, business insights, and continuous improvement. The person in this role will collaborate closely with regional leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic goals are met through effective planning, governance, and analytics.


Key responsibilities:


● Partner with delivery and functional leaders to support business performance, budget tracking, and headcount management.

● Drive operational governance through structured reviews, KPI analysis, and reporting.

● Identify trends and provide data-driven business insights and recommendations.

● Lead process improvements and performance tracking to enable better service delivery.

● Coordinate cross-functional operational initiatives and follow-up on key actions.

● Promote alignment across global and regional teams by sharing best practices and standardizing methods.

● Represent the team in global forums and contribute to operations transformation efforts.

● Mentor team members and foster knowledge-sharing across functions.
