For our client -European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:
Administrative Assistant in Human Resources and Corporate Services Division/Legal Services and Procurement Unit/Procurement Sector
Candidate Profile:
- At least 1-year experience in a similar position,
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent English min.B2 - work completely in English

Responsibilities:
- to provide general administrative support with procurement procedures, in principle IT-related ones, also using multiple electronic management tools related to procurement.
- to support in drafting notes, minutes, letters, reports and follow ups on documents.
- to carry out data entry, collect information, track assignments, monitor tasks and execution, escalating and reporting risks, if any.
- to support preparation and evaluation of internal
- trainings and IT-related manuals, presentations and instructions.
- to assist in the organisation of online and physical meetings.
- to provide assistance in preparation, implementation and monitoring of contracts.
- to support in drafting reports, statistics and analyses concerning procurement.
- to monitor functional mailboxes and ensure effective cooperation, communication and information flow between internal and external stakeholders.
- to cope with VAT certificates.
