Client Description:

For our client -European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:

Administrative Assistant in Human Resources and Corporate Services Division/Human Resources Unit/ Development and Career Management Sector/ Training & Learning Team

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 1-year experience in a similar position,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent English min.B2 - work completely in English

Responsibilities:

  • to provide administrative and logistics support for trainings organised by the HR Training & Learning Team (HR TL);
  • to manage incoming questions and requests through dedicated system, to reply to standard questions from staff and managers and to communicate with internal and external parties;
  • to carry out data entry and support the administration of electronic databases and learning management platform;
  • to assist in the preparation of statistical data (tables, graphs and charts) and to support in drafting reports related to training activities;
