Are you looking for a fresh start in logistics? Through Adecco, you now have the opportunity to be part of the launch team at a brand-new fulfillment center in Almere! We are hiring motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Employees for one of our international clients in the tech industry.

In this role your are responsible for:

• Pick products from inventory based on order details (SKU and serial number accuracy);
• Use handheld scanners and WMS systems to verify items and quantities;
• Consolidate and stage goods for packing or pallet building;
• Report inventory issues, discrepancies, or shortages;
• Support packing and labeling tasks as needed;
• Keep the picking area organized, clean, and safe.

Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 09.00 till 18.00

• Includes two short breaks of 15 minutes and one 30-minute lunch break (all unpaid)

• A full working day counts as 8 hours

Overtime Compensation:

• Overtime applies after 8 working hours per day

• Overtime is compensated at the following rates:

- Monday – Friday: +30%

- Saturday: +50%

- Sunday and Public Holidays: +100%

Salary Range:

• The average hourly rate for the roles falls between €15,50 and €17 gross per hour, depending on the specific role and experience.

Contract Type:

• Temporary contract via Adecco, with potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance and business needs

• Experience in order picking, e-commerce, or warehouse fulfillment;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Familiarity with handheld scanners and WMS systems (Oracle experience is a plus);
• Able to walk long distances and lift up to 18 kg / 40 lbs;
• Flexible and steady during peak periods (e.g. quarter-end rush);
• Good English communication skills; Dutch is a bonus;
