Technical Production Employee

As a technical production employee, you will work full-time in a clean, organized workshop in Wanssum, contributing to high-quality wood constructions. You will have a stable long-term position with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and grow professionally.

• Process and modify wooden molds using various hand and power tools
• Read and accurately follow technical drawings
• Reconfigure molds into different shapes and sizes

In this versatile role, you will work daily on molds of various shapes and sizes. You ensure that each mold is strong, precise, and built exactly according to the technical drawings. You will collaborate with a small, close-knit team in a calm and well-maintained workshop near Venray, where craftsmanship and teamwork are central. From day one, you will have clear responsibilities, allowing you to work independently and understand exactly how your contributions impact the production process. The molds you make are ultimately used for pouring concrete, so your work directly affects end products that last for years.

Working Hours: Full-time, day shift from Monday to Friday, 07:45 – 16:30

• Hourly wage of €15.82 (including ADV allowance)
• 25 vacation days, plus 8% holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km

• Handy and experienced in carpentry
• Able to read and understand technical drawings
• Fluent in Dutch, English, or German
