• Own day-to-day operational performance and cross-functional collaboration in support of the Sports strategy.
• Contribute to a consistent operational approach to executing Sports strategic priorities.
• Focus on launches and operational KPIs by driving visibility and actions across the Sports cross-functional team.
• Apply strong matrix management and prioritization skills while partnering with Sports teams, NMP MSC, Seasonal Execution, and Responsive teams.
• Drive alignment with Logistics, Planning, and key internal and external partners.
• Champion continuous improvement across tools, processes, and end-to-end collaboration.
