Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Do you have a passion for innovation and supply chain excellence? We are looking for a Planning & Innovation Specialist / Supply Chain Operation Specialist In this role, you will be responsible for managing portfolio and innovation projects within one of our ice cream pillars, ensuring flawless execution from concept to launch.

you will act as the main supply chain stakeholder for all innovation and portfolio changes within your pillar. Your responsibilities include validating business cases, scoping manufacturing capabilities, sourcing ingredients, and managing cost-price structures. You will participate in factory trials, monitor critical paths, and ensure on-time, in-full stock availability in warehouses.

You will also partner with planning teams to set capacity and stock-build strategies, track innovation performance post-launch, and flag underperformance to avoid business waste. Additionally, you will identify and execute savings opportunities, oversee product changes and rollouts, and manage risks by guiding teams toward optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects on time and in full, from scoping to first production;
• Track innovation performance and take corrective actions when needed;
• Oversee product changes and rollouts for flawless execution;
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks for new product launches;
• Act as a supply chain business partner, providing solutions and guidance;
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and complexity reduction;
• Use data analytics to support portfolio decisions and improve tools.
