Sanitation Operator

Are you looking for a challenge in a dynamic production environment? McCain is looking for a motivated Sanitation Operator who will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting equipment and production areas so that everything is ready for use. You will ensure that hygiene and safety standards are met and that the production line continues to run smoothly.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

-Performing scheduled cleaning tasks on site and in the production areas, including production equipment, both indoors and outdoors.

-Cleaning machines and preparing equipment.

-Cleaning, assembling, and testing machines during product changes or downtime.

-Performing daily to monthly inspections.

-Ensuring proper administration and storage of documents according to procedures.

-Managing the stock of cleaning chemicals and materials and ensuring timely reordering.

-Independently solving sanitary and maintenance problems.

At McCain Appetizers in Rilland, you can count on

-A starting salary of €16.67 per hour (including ATV allowance, excluding shift allowances).

-Allowance for shift work: 33% extra between 6 p.m. and midnight, and 35% extra between midnight and 6 a.m.

-25 vacation days.

-3% end-of-year bonus.

-Basic knowledge of food safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP).

-Basic skills in MS Office and computer use.

-Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.

-Willingness to work in 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and occasionally on Saturdays.

-Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
