Production Worker Kampen

Are you someone who enjoys staying active and working with different parts and materials? For a stable and growing production company in the Kampen region, we are looking for a motivated Production Worker. You will take part in an industrial process where various parts are prepared and treated. This work is practical, easy to learn, and you will receive full training. Your tasks include:

• Hanging parts onto racks or frames
• Preparing materials for further processing
• Inspecting and removing finished products
• Keeping your workspace clean and safe
• Reporting any issues or improvements to your team leader

You will be physically active throughout the day and enjoy a job with nice variety.

Working hours (Monday to Friday, 2-shift system):

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:45
• Afternoon/evening shift: 14:45 – 23:30

You will receive an attractive shift allowance for these hours.

• Gross hourly wage between €18 and €21 (excluding shift allowance)
• Weekly salary payments
• Travel allowance
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday pay, and a solid pension scheme
• Chance of a permanent contract when performing well
• Opportunities to earn certificates, such as a forklift certificate

You will work at a specialized production company that processes and treats parts for various industries. The company uses modern techniques and clear procedures. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and friendly, and you will work in a team where cooperation is key.

• Interest in production or technical work
• Physically fit and willing to work with your hands
• Able to work in a 2-shift system
• You speak Dutch or good English
• A forklift or hoisting certificate is a plus, but not required
