Through Adecco, you will be working full-time (40 hours per week) as a production worker at Schneider Electric—a leading international company with a modern, safe, and tightly organized distribution center in Helmond.

As a production worker at Schneider Electric, you and your team are responsible for the entire logistics process in the warehouse. You ensure that goods reach the customer safely, on time, and in top condition.

Your duties will include:

• Performing various tasks according to predefined processes, such as assembly, kitting, top charging, reconditioning, and battery replacement
• Performing checks to identify any deviations.
• Working with computer systems

You will work from Monday to Friday. Depending on the department, there are 2 shifts as an assembly worker. There is 1 shift from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 1 shift from 07:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m.

• Gross hourly wage of €14.71
• Guaranteed hours
• Travel allowance up to 70km one way (€0,23 per km)

• Good command of the English language (speaking and reading)
• Availability of 40 hours per week (full-time)
• Experience as an assembly worker is an advantage
