Supermicro is looking for a motivated Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing. Experience in electronics or high-tech production is a plus. In this role, you help improve production processes, solve problems with machines, and make sure the work runs smoothly. You work closely with different teams to achieve good results.

What are you going to do?

Role will include but is not limited to:

  • Leading assembly, testing, material/quality control, kitting, packing/unpacking.
  • Responsible for effective production management overall production operations including: material logistics, production planning, manpower controls.
  • To ensure and maintain highly efficient production process and quality standard to perform daily duties and demand.
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
  • Train and coach new workers to perform their work.
  • Maintain and develop the production objective for OEM customers and other production line duties.

What do we ask?
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience within the electronics, high-tech, or computer industry.
  • Technical & Mechanical Skills: Proficient in mechanical assembly, cable routing, and adherence to quality standards, with basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with computer or electronic component testing and inspection.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail & Flexibility: Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing business needs, including overtime or weekend work when required.

Process & Performance Knowledge: Solid understanding of computer system assembly and lean management principles, with a flexible, results-driven approach to achieving operational goals.
