Production Manager

Supermicro is seeking a strong and experienced Production Manager who can take ownership of daily production activities and long-term operational performance. You bring a solid background in manufacturing and have at least five years of experience leading production teams. Experience in an electronics or high-tech environment is highly valued.

In this role, you are responsible for creating structure, improving efficiency, and ensuring that production targets are met without compromising on quality. You act as a key link between the shop floor and management.

As Production Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all production activities such as assembly, testing, quality control, and logistics-related tasks.
• Managing multiple teams and ensuring clear communication, accountability, and performance.
• Planning and controlling production output, staffing levels, and material flow.
• Monitoring production results and proactively addressing delays, quality issues, or capacity challenges.
• Implementing improvements to processes, workflows, and productivity.
• Developing employees through coaching, feedback, and structured training.
• Defining production objectives for OEM customers and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• At least 5 years of experience in production management or leading teams, preferably within electronics, high-tech, or computer-related manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and operational planning.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) and confident use of Microsoft Office.
• Structured, results-driven, and stress-resistant, with knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
