Production Employee

Our modern production facility in Leerdam is easily accessible from Gorinchem, Geldermalsen, Culemborg, Vianen, Zaltbommel and Meerkerk.

As a Production Worker, you play an important role in our food production process. You ensure our products are produced and packed neatly and meet the highest quality standards.

Your tasks include:

• Operating and performing daily maintenance on cooking and mixing installations.
• Solving minor malfunctions and supporting a smooth production process.
• Assisting during product changeovers.
• Keeping machines and the workplace clean and organized.
• Working according to company procedures, hygiene and HACCP guidelines (BRC/IFS).
• Shift work: working in 3-, 4- or 5‑shift systems (exact schedules and shift times are discussed in advance).
• Working hours: full‑time position with fixed weekly hours.
• Physical workload: Mainly standing work, regular lifting and steady production pace that is easy to learn.

You will work both independently and as part of a team.

• Salary between €15.09 and €16.65 gross per hour, excluding shift allowance
• Shift allowance on top of your hourly wage

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) and work clothing provided

• VMBO‑level working and thinking skills.
• Knowledge of quality, hygiene and safety regulations.
• You are accurate, flexible and quality‑oriented.
• You work well both independently and in a team.
• You are willing to work in 3-, 4- and 5‑shift systems.
• You have a basic command of Dutch and/or English, sufficient to understand work instructions and communicate with colleagues.
