As a Procurement Specialist (EMEA), you drive supplier performance and deliver results across international procurement operations in the Netherlands. In this procurement specialist role, you focus on strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier management, with a direct impact on cost savings, compliance, and operational continuity.
What are you going to do?As a Procurement Specialist (EMEA), you are responsible for managing critical suppliers and ensuring effective procurement processes across multiple sites.
You oversee contract performance, drive cost and compliance, and act as a key point of contact for site stakeholders. In this role, you collaborate closely with Category Managers and support complex sourcing and negotiation activities.
Your focus includes:
- Managing and optimizing supplier performance
- Ensuring contract compliance and mitigating risks
- Leading and supporting procurement activities
- Identifying and delivering cost-saving initiatives
- Contributing to operational and strategic improvements
You operate within a technical, industrial environment, with direct impact on continuity, efficiency, and supplier performance.
What do we offer?- Gross monthly salary between €5.367 and €8.044

What do we ask?- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management, preferably in the (petro)chemical industry
- Experience working with suppliers and operational teams (ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment)
- Experience in change management and leading improvement programs across diverse teams
- Good command of the German language
