Packing Operator

As a Packaging Operator at McCain Foods in Rilland, you work in a modern and clean production environment. Everything is well organized, and you always know what to expect during your shift. You work in a 3-shift system, operate automated packaging lines, and become part of a friendly and stable team. You will receive a direct permanent contract with McCain.

As a Packaging Operator, you make sure the packaging process runs smoothly. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for part of the production line.

Your main tasks are:

• Starting your shift with a handover from the previous team
• Setting up and operating packaging machines
• Performing quality checks every hour
• Working closely with other operators and the lead operator
• Being responsible for two packaging lines per shift

Working Hours (3-shift system):

1. Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
2. Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
3. Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

• Salary starting from €3,266.97 gross per month, including 17% shift allowance
• Direct permanent contract with McCain Foods
• 25 vacation days + 15 ATV days
• 3% year-end bonus according to the CAO

• Interest in working as an operator in a production environment
• Affinity with machines and technology
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• Experience as an operator is a plus, but not required
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system
