Packaging operator

Would you like to help make the tastiest appetizers and are you not afraid to roll up your sleeves? McCain Appetizers in Rilland is looking for Packaging Operators who enjoy getting stuck in and have an eye for quality. In our modern factory, you will play an important role in the end result that is sold worldwide.

As a Packaging Operator, you will ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly and in accordance with the highest quality standards. You will work independently and together with colleagues to ensure that our products leave the factory perfectly packaged.

What will you be doing?

*Operating and monitoring one or more packaging machines

*Preparing the packaging process and recording production data

*Checking packaging and labels for quality and accuracy

*Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions

*Ensuring order, tidiness, and hygiene around the production lines

*Performing minor (preventive) maintenance on machines

*Reporting deviations and areas for improvement to the supervisor

-Starting salary of €17.04 per hour (including ATV allowance, excluding shift allowance)

-Shift allowance: 33% between 6 p.m. and midnight, 35% between midnight and 6 a.m.

-25 vacation days

-3% end-of-year bonus

-Prospect of a contract with McCain if performance is satisfactory

You will be working in our modern factory in Rilland. Together, we produce top-quality frozen breaded vegetable snacks, such as mushrooms and vegetable fries made from broccoli and cauliflower, which are sold worldwide.
