Start as a warehouse operator and join our warehouse team in Bergen op Zoom. Clear shifts, supportive colleagues and room to grow. A dynamic logistics job in Brabant with fulltime steady hours, teamwork and free weekends.
You start with a one-year contract via Adecco, which includes 64 guaranteed hours every 4 weeks. If your performance is strong, there is a high chance your contract will be extended.
In this role, you keep the warehouse running smoothly. You work in a clear process with a supportive team.
What are you going to do?- Picking and preparing orders for customers.
- Checking items and keeping the warehouse organised.
- Packing, labelling and getting shipments ready for transport.
- Receiving goods and moving items to the right location.
- Following safety rules and keeping the workspace clean.
- Working together with colleagues and supervisors to reach daily goals.
- Supporting general warehouse tasks during shifts.
This role fits you if you want to grow in warehouse and logistics and enjoy a job with structure and teamwork. The contract is for 37,5 hours per week (fulltime).
Fixed workdays: Monday to Friday
- First shift: 08:00 – 16:00
- Second shift: 15:30 – 23:30
- A market-competitive gross salary of €2,550 including a shift allowance (8,75%)
- 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days per year

What do we ask?- Logistics experience is welcome, but not required.
- Accurate, proactive and comfortable with active work.
- Able to work both shifts and communicate well in English.
- A forklift certificate is an advantage; training can be provided through Adecco.
- Own housing in the Netherlands is required (no accommodation provided).
- Able to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG); costs are covered.
