Operator

Are you technically skilled and do you have an eye for quality? Do you want to work in a modern production environment where your effort directly contributes to the success of our products? Then we are looking for you as an Operator at EMPWR in Leerdam.

Every day, millions of protein bars roll off our production lines. As an operator, you are responsible for one of the steps in this process.

• You start up the machines, set them correctly and make adjustments when necessary;
• You create the perfect mix of ingredients for our delicious products or ensure they end up in the right packaging;
• In addition, you check whether everything is running smoothly, such as the quality of the dough, the sealing seams of the packaging, and the automatic stacking of boxes.

• Salary between €16.50 and €19.21 gross per hour depending on knowledge and experience;
• Attractive shift allowance;
• 8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days based on full-time employment;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre;
• A thorough and extensive onboarding program;

At EMPWR, work is carried out in 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-shift schedules.

• MBO-level education and thinking;
• Experience in a production environment (food is a plus);
• You are a team player with an eye for detail;
• You adapt easily and can switch quickly;
• You speak fluent Dutch and English;
• You are flexible and willing to work in 2-, 3- or 5-shift systems.
