Medior Superintendent

A leading offshore service provider is looking for a Medior Superintendent to support the technical condition and operational readiness of its modern fleet. In this role, you will take ownership of vessel maintenance coordination, compliance, and technical planning while still having opportunities to grow under senior guidance.

• Manage vessel certifications, technical documentation, and maintenance planning.
• Ensure vessels comply with internal safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks, including work with subcontractors.
• Support dry docking preparation, execution, and reporting.
• Perform vessel visits and technical inspections, focusing on QHSE standards.
• Contribute to technical projects such as newbuilds, refits, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with Senior Superintendents on complex technical challenges.

Salary Range: €4,500 – €5,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours)

• Maritime technical education (HBO or equivalent)
• 0–3 years experience as a (Junior/Assistant) Superintendent or nautical/technical engineer
• DP system knowledge is an advantage
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges proactively
• Strong communication skills in English
