Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, staying active, and taking pride in doing things well? We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and proactive Production Assistant for our day shift in Breda. You do not need years of experience; the right attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most. We will teach you everything you need.

As a Production Assistant, you ensure each product is packed correctly and ready to be shipped on time. You will work in the Manual Fulfilment department, a small and supportive team where quality, efficiency, and teamwork go together.

Your main tasks include:

• Setting up your workstation by preparing materials, printing, cleaning, and making sure everything is ready for the production cycle
• Performing manual packaging tasks according to clear work procedures
• Inspecting materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Solving small issues that may occur during your shift
• Checking the output carefully to detect mistakes early
• Recording produced, approved, and defective items
• Maintaining logs and reports to keep production running smoothly

This is a hands‑on role where precision and consistency matter, and you will always have teammates around to support you.

• A long term position with the prospect of a direct company contract after seven months

You will work for a well established international company in Breda that produces payment and ID cards for major financial institutions. The team consists of around 35 colleagues from various nationalities. The work environment is informal, flexible, and supportive, with teamwork and reliability at its core.

• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• A team oriented mindset with a focus on safety
• Some experience in production or as a machine operator is welcome
• Fluent English
• Ability to obtain a VOG and wait for its approval before starting
