Logistics employee

Are you an experienced logistics worker and ready for the next step? At the Helly Hansen distribution center in Born (Limburg), you will start in a broad logistics role, with a clear perspective to grow within logistics and supply chain.

We are not looking for a standard employee, but for a logistics talent who thinks along, takes initiative, and wants to improve processes. You will be hired directly by Helly Hansen (so no agency contract) and will have the opportunity to further develop yourself within an international organization.

As a Logistics Talent, you actively participate in the daily logistics operations while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and workflows. You share these insights with colleagues and coordinators to help optimize processes. You will work across multiple departments within the distribution center, giving you a broad understanding of the entire logistics operation.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods
• Checking inbound and outbound shipments
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies or irregularities
• Processing orders and preparing products for shipment
• Managing and monitoring inventory levels
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and LEAN working methods
• Being deployable across different logistics departments

The distribution center is continuously evolving. Processes and inventory management are still being further developed and optimized, and your ideas and insights will truly make a difference.

• Gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,100, depending on experience
• 27 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance

Education is less important than experience and mindset.

• Experience in a distribution center or logistics environment
• MBO-level working and thinking skills, gained through education or experience
• A stable employment history
• Good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
• You proactively identify work and take initiative
• You are open to change, improvement, and personal development
