Line Operator

Are you ready to take on responsibility in a modern production environment? McCain Appetizers in Rilland is looking for motivated Line Operators who know how to get things done. Experience is not a requirement; motivation and eagerness to learn are more important to us. Together, we ensure that our cheese snacks and breaded vegetable products are produced to perfection

As a Line Operator, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You work with modern machines and monitor the progress of the production line.

-Setting up and operating production machines

-Monitoring and adjusting the production process

-Ensuring that raw materials and other materials are available on time

-Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions

-Working with colleagues to guarantee quality and continuity

You will work in a varied 3-shift system, your working hours are:

Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Night shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

-Starting salary of €16.67 per hour (including ATV allowance, excluding shift allowances)

-Shift allowance: 33% extra after 6 p.m. and 35% extra after midnight

-25 vacation days

-3% end-of-year bonus

-Proficiency in Dutch and/or English

-Available to work in a 3-shift system

-Own transportation is necessary (location not accessible by public transport)
