Labelling Specialist Food Industry

In this role, you ensure that all product specifications and labels are complete, accurate and compliant with legal requirements. You work closely with suppliers, customers and internal quality colleagues.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing, updating and validating product specifications
• Creating and approving product labels according to legislation
• Collecting product information from suppliers
• Entering data into customer portals and internal systems
• Performing calculations and analyses to answer customer questions
• Supporting ongoing quality projects
• Identifying documentation inconsistencies and resolving them

• Competitive salary: €2,800 – €3,200 per month

You will join a successful company specialised in frozen pastry products, active for more than 35 years. The office near Eindhoven focuses on product development, sales and quality administration. You will work in a small QA team with an experienced QA Coordinator and a Quality Officer.

• Completed MBO (EQF level 4) or higher
• Mandatory: proven experience in a food quality or QA role
• Detail‑oriented, structured and proactive
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent English skills
• Familiarity with specification systems
