Foreman Ossendrecht

Do you enjoy leading a team, working with steel, and keeping an overview on the shop floor? Then this role could be a great fit for you. For an Adecco client in Ossendrecht, we are looking for a Steel Construction Foreman who combines leadership with hands-on work.

As a foreman, you guide a team of welders and metalworkers in a modern production hall. You make sure daily tasks are clear, deadlines are met, and work is done safely and correctly. When needed, you actively support the team on the floor.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily activities and dividing tasks
• Monitoring planning, progress, and deadlines
• Checking quality standards and safety rules
• Supporting and coaching team members
• Communicating with production planning
• Creating a safe, clean, and positive work environment
• Together with your team, you deliver custom-made steel constructions of high quality.

• Full-time position (40 hours per week) in day shifts
• Monthly gross salary between €3,400 and €4,100, based on experience
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance
• Pension from your first working day
• Opportunity for a permanent contract after two months

• Has experience in steel construction or metalworking
• Has leadership experience as a foreman or team leader (strong advantage)
• Can read and understand technical drawings
• Communicates clearly and takes initiative
• Is willing to work in Ossendrecht
