As a Field Compliance Associate, you will play a key role in safeguarding platform integrity, ensuring identity verification, and supporting a major nationwide audit project. This position combines administrative accuracy, data-heavy tasks, and fieldwork across multiple Dutch cities. You will work closely with a large Operations team, learning from experienced colleagues while contributing directly to platform safety and courier experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing end-to-end identity checks and document verification for new and existing couriers;
• Conducting field audits across approximately 58 cities (2–3 days per week);
• Reviewing courier accounts to identify inconsistencies, prevent fraud, and ensure policy compliance;
• Collecting hands-on insights from real courier journeys to identify operational friction points;
• Handling sensitive documentation, high-volume data tasks, and maintaining accurate records;
• Supporting courier advocacy by sharing findings with the Operations team.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00–20:00.

• An attractive salary between €3,400 and €3,700 gross per month based on a 40-hour contract;

• Experience in administration, data-heavy work, or document processing;
• A strong eye for detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documents and data;
• Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity to “find the truth” behind anomalies;
• Empathy and genuine interest in improving the courier experience;
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (must have);
• Comfortable switching between office tasks and field research;
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently;
• Excel/Google Sheets skills are a plus;
• Multilingual abilities considered an advantage.
