Wat ga je doen?As a Customer Focus Team Employee, you make sure all customer orders are processed on time. You work closely with the warehouse and keep an eye on the planning. This is a full-time role with a permanent contract after a temporay period.
Your tasks:
- Release orders and prepare all related work
- Create daily order planning for the warehouse
- Follow up on customer requests for urgent orders and projects
- Monitor progress and KPIs
- Prepare reports and solve problems
- Think along in process improvements
- Perform administrative tasks
- Gross monthly salary: €2,650,- €3,505 (full-time)
- 8 % holiday allowance

Wat vragen wij?- Experience in customer service or administration is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office and WMS systems
- Strong communication skills in English
