Wat ga je doen?

As a Customer Focus Team Employee, you make sure all customer orders are processed on time. You work closely with the warehouse and keep an eye on the planning. This is a full-time role with a permanent contract after a temporay period.

Your tasks:

  • Release orders and prepare all related work
  • Create daily order planning for the warehouse
  • Follow up on customer requests for urgent orders and projects
  • Monitor progress and KPIs
  • Prepare reports and solve problems
  • Think along in process improvements
  • Perform administrative tasks

Wat vragen wij?
