In this international role, you’ll support customers across Europe, handle inquiries with care, and help deliver an exceptional service experience.

The Customer Service Representative will provide high level customer service to internal and external customers with the goal of maintaining meaningful business relationships. Our ideal candidate will be customer oriented, an advocate for Thermo Fisher Scientific, and be eager to drive growth. Provide professional communication via phone and email to our customers and internal support teams. Use a sales order entry system, website, and knowledge base resources to provide accurate and timely assistance with order placements and status inquiries (pricing, availability, order status, shipping details, etc.). Follow established service quality standards and meet order and inquiry processing time standards (talk time, after call work, order accuracy etc.).Wat bieden wij?
  • A gross salary between € 2700.- and € 3000.- per month depending on experience
  • Work hours between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. 
  • 8% vacation allowance;

  • Fluent in Spanish and English is required
  • High school diploma or comparable experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 40 hours available
  • some years of related customer service experience preferred, with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Experience with personal computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven Customer Service/Customer Care experience.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Familiar with CRM and ERP systems and practices!
