What are you going to do?As a Customer Services Officer, your main goal is to make sure Italian-speaking customers are happy and that their orders are handled correctly from start to finish (order to cash). You are the main contact for your customers and manage your own portfolio.
You work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Planning teams. You help solve problems, answer questions, check deliveries, handle returns, and make sure orders are delivered on time. Every day is different and full of new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery and invoicing;
- Answer customer questions, requests, and complaints by email or phone;
- Check deliveries and solve order or delivery issues;
- Handle returns and follow company procedures;
- Keep customer and order information updated in SAP and Salesforce;
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers;
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Planning teams;
- Follow all processes to make sure orders are correct.
- Salary between €3,500 and €4,300 gross per month, depending on experience;
- 25 vacation days; 8.33% holiday allowance;
- Pension plan from the first day of employment;

- Work schedule with Week A (4 days) and Week B (4.5 or 5 days), start between 7:30-9:00;
- Hybrid working: 3 days from home, 2 days in the office (Amersfoort);
- A 6-month contract;
- Preferred start date: 1st April.

What do we ask?- Native Italian speaker;
- Very good English;
- Experience in customer service or order management (order to cash);
- Experience with Italian customers and the Italian market;
- Experience with SAP preferred, Salesforce is a plus;
- Good skills in Microsoft Office;
- Customer-focused and proactive;
- Team player and works well with colleagues;
- Lives within a reasonable distance from Amersfoort;
- Available to start around 1 April.
