What are you going to do?In this role as customer focus team employee, you act as the central point of contact for your customer. You handle daily communication, monitor ongoing processes, and ensure that every step — from order entry to final delivery — runs smoothly. You set clear expectations, provide timely updates, and collaborate closely with internal departments. This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week) during daytime hours from monday till friday. Flexible start times between 07.00 and 09.00 am in agreement with your team. You will start your employment through Adecco, with the intention of receiving a direct contract with the client after the assignment period. What will you be doing?
- Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries by phone and email
- Processing orders, returns, and complaints accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely and correct deliveries
- Monitoring shipment and order progress and handling urgent requests promptly
- Supporting internal reporting and keeping work instructions up to date
- Participating in regular progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to process improvements and helping enhance customer satisfaction
Note: For this healthcare client, strict rules and procedures apply. For example, if a product is damaged in the warehouse, a thorough check must be carried out before it can be sent to the customer.
To be eligible for this position, you must currently have permanent residency in the Netherlands and possess the necessary documents to work in the Netherlands.

What do we ask?- Proven experience with implementation projects; you have performed this role largely at a previous employer
- Accurate and solution-oriented, with knowledge of strict procedures for healthcare products
- Experience in customer processes within international departments
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Mbo+/Hbo working and thinking level
- You are solution-oriented and can switch quickly between different tasks
