As a Business Process Coordinator, you make sure that processes within supply chain management (SCM)/order to cash (O2C) run well and keep improving.

You help to create, improve, and monitor clear and practical work processes.

You work together with the SCM/O2C team and the team lead.


Together, you look at what is needed to do the work well and where improvements can be made.

You turn this information into clear documents, such as procedures and work instructions.


Your goal is to: work more efficiently, reduce errors, ensure a consistent way of working and follow rules and requirements (compliance)

In short: you help the team work in a smart, clear, and compliant way.

What are you going to do?
  • Employment type: temporary
  • Create, update, and share clear procedures and work instructions so everyone follows the SCM/O2C way of working
  • Look for improvements across departments and support process changes and new programs
  • Improve process accuracy, consistency, and efficiency to increase customer satisfaction
  • Help develop and strengthen process governance within SCM/O2C teams
  • Make sure processes are followed and meet all rules and compliance standards
  • Support audits and handle CAPAs to ensure quality standards are achieved
  • Review complaints and represent the team in cross-functional projects to drive improvements

What do we ask?
  • Ambitious, proactive, service-minded
  • Strong multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Bachelor’s degree (required) with 1–4 years of relevant work experience
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Experience with MS Office and SAP applications (required), additional experience with Celonis, AI tools, or similar is a plus
  • Customer-focused, collaborative, solution-oriented, and able to communicate effectively across functions
  • Experience with process analytics, process redesign, and project management, knowledge of the medical environment is a plus
