What are you going to do?As an assembly operator at Hitachi, you will help build powerful excavators used worldwide. With your technical knowledge, manual skills, and eye for detail, you will assemble, test, and improve components. You will work with modern tools and follow clear work instructions. This is a full-time day shift role (Monday to Friday, sometimes Saturday from 07:00 to 15:30) in a clean, modern, and safe production environment. You will receive a temporary contract via Adecco, with the prospect of a permanent position if your performance is good.
Your Tasks:
- Assemble mechanical components according to work instructions
- Perform quality checks and minor technical adjustments
- Collaborate with fellow assemblers and operators on the production floor
- Identify malfunctions and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Record your work administratively
- Actively think along with technical solutions
- Gross hourly wage between €17.00 and €19.94
- 27 vacation days and 8% holiday pay
- Full-time day shift – evenings and weekends off
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
