As a Production Employee Operations, you will be deployed all-round across the departments Assembly, Injection Molding, Powder Coating, and Private Labelling. You perform your tasks accurately according to fixed guidelines and help ensure a smooth production process. You will start via Adecco, with the prospect of a contract. This is a full-time day shift position of 40 hours per week.

Your working hours are 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM with 3 breaks per day.

What will you do?

• Assembly tasks and operating machines
• Preparing packaging materials, collecting products, packing, labeling
• Applying customer-specific labels and repacking products
• Identifying improvements in work processes
• Maintaining a clean workplace, and participating in team meetings

• Gross hourly wage: €15.05
• Weekly payment on Wednesdays
• 28 days of holiday + 8% holiday allowance
• Pension from day 1
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km (from 10 km)
• Training to learn all processes
• Opportunity to obtain internal transport certificates (EPT/stacker)
• Access to the Adecco Academy (150+ training courses)

You will work in a modern and newly built warehouse in Deurne. The company is easily accessible and there is ample parking. You will work in a clean, safe, and well organized company. You receive a 30-minute lunch break and 15-minute morning and afternoon breaks. Teamwork is key, and colleagues support each other.

• You speak Dutch or English
• You have the ability to work accurately and with focus
• Your fine motor skills are well developed and you work with attention to detail
• Willingness to obtain internal transport certificates (a plus if already obtained)
• You are alexible and true team player
