What are you going to do?Join a fast-paced, international organization operating in the modern logistics and mobility industry. As a Account Engagement Associate, you will play a key role in engaging and supporting couriers on our delivery platform. Your mission is to help them start strong, stay motivated, and succeed in their role. You’ll provide onboarding assistance, answer questions, and ensure couriers feel informed and valued throughout their journey.
Your tasks will include:
- Conducting targeted phone outreach campaigns to engage couriers at different lifecycle stages;
- Providing onboarding support and resolving activation barriers;
- Sharing operational updates and incentives to boost engagement;
- Tracking campaign results and reporting insights to improve effectiveness;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging and optimize courier experience.
Please note: The working hours for this position are from 10:30 AM to 18:30PM, Monday to Friday

You’ll be working for a leading international tech company in the logistics and mobility sector, focused on fast, smart, and customer-friendly delivery solutions. The organization supports thousands of field staff daily through streamlined technology and strong local support teams.
You’ll be part of the Courier Operations team, directly contributing to the success and satisfaction of delivery partners across the Netherlands.
What do we ask?- Previous experience in telemarketing, account management, or sales;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch nice to have;
- Customer service mindset with a friendly, approachable personality;
- Ability to think on the spot and solve problems effectively;
- Data-driven approach and ability to track KPIs;
- Eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
Preferred: Experience with CRM systems or marketing copywriting; additional language skills.
