Pilot plant operator | Strombeek-Bever | ENG

We are looking for a pilot plant operator for a leading international company in the consumer goods industry. They are located in Strombeek-Bever.

Your responsibilities :

- You support researchers during test trials in the pilot facility .
- You weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials (some packed in 25+ kg buckets – tilting equipment is available).
- You operate production equipment such as mixing or batching systems .
- You follow recipes and test procedures with high accuracy.
- You log data precisely in the system.
- You h elp maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency .

Profiel

Your profile:

-You have a secondary degree in chemistry and/or in a technical field
-You are comfortable with hands-on work in a lab/production hybrid environment
-You are accurate, reliable, and proactive attitude
-You have good command of English (both written and spoken)
- You have basic computer skills and the willingness to learn internal systems
- You are able to handle larger containers (ergonomic tools provided)

We’re looking for someone who may not aim to become a researcher, but who understands the context and procedures, and thrives in supporting technical research work.

Aanbod

- After a successful interim period, you have the opportunity to have a permanent contract.
- 38/39 hours/week + 6 ADV days + meal vouchers of € 8/day.
- You can start your day between 7h30 and 8h00.
