Our client is a leading global exhibition company
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets through direct engagement and agent networks, promoting the company's Online and trade show solutions.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a professional sales team. Implement strategic plans, monitor performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Market Development: Strengthen relationships with government bodies and industry associations while identifying new partnership opportunities aligned with local and global strategies.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage the sales office budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, competitor analysis, and execution of action plans. Collaborate with finance, HR, and customer service teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong expertise in sales process management and team coaching.
- Languages: Fluent in Korean and English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Attributes: Strategic thinker, results-driven, excellent communicator, and strong leadership presence.
- Additional: Experience with B2B platforms and trade shows; established industry connections are highly desirable.
