Role Summary
We are supporting a global medical device organization in identifying a driven and articulate Product Specialist to support sales growth and market expansion in South Korea. This role will focus on product expertise, distributor support, and clinical application knowledge across various specialties such as ENT, Airway Management, Echocardiology, OBGYN Ultrasound, and Ophthalmology.
The successful candidate will work closely with distributor networks and hospital stakeholders to ensure strong product adoption and alignment with global sales and marketing strategies. This position requires strong communication skills, clinical understanding, and the ability to build trusted long‑term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge & Clinical Support
Ø Build deep knowledge of the full medical device product portfolio.
Ø Understand and demonstrate product applications across ENT, Airway Management, Echocardiology, OBGYN Ultrasound, Ophthalmology, and other related areas.
Ø Act as the subject matter expert for product training and clinical discussions.
2. Distributor Management
Ø Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and their sales teams.
Ø Deliver ongoing product training, technical guidance, and sales support.
Ø Collaborate with distributors to execute sales strategies and achieve revenue objectives.
3. Market Insights & Strategy
Ø Understand hospital procurement processes and navigate purchasing systems effectively.
Ø Identify market challenges, competitive activity, and new opportunities.
Ø Align local market activities with global direction and best practices.
4. Communication & Reporting
Ø Provide clear, timely updates to regional leadership regarding market conditions, distributor performance, and activity plans.
Ø Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) for activity tracking, planning, and time management.
5. Compliance
Ø Follow company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines in all interactions.

Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry (product specialist, sales support, or related roles preferred).
· Understanding of South Korea’s hospital procurement systems and distributor networks.
· Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
· Fluency in Korean and English, written and spoken.
