Role Summary
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) in the High-Tech Division, you will manage key accounts in the MicroE industry, including major clients such as Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Your goal is to demonstrate the value of total solution offerings that promote cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to develop and sustain new business.
- Engage with existing clients and develop new prospects to ensure strong sales performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with client organizations and key stakeholders.
- Manage account pipelines and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Responding to inbound inquiries and convert leads to successful sales using industry knowledge and experience.
- Establish trust with clients through consultative sales and technical expertise.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to secure new business wins.
- Ensure smooth handover of clients to post-sales support teams.
An Ideal Candidate:
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering)
- Minimum 7 years in water treatment and technical sales
- Experience selling to major domestic semiconductor manufacturers or working in water treatment companies
- Proven track record in executive-level client communication and negotiation
Skills & other requirements
- Consultative sales approach
- Business-level English communication
- Understanding of MicroE industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred: Knowledge of water treatment processes and chemicals
