Key Competencies:

Must-haves

·        7+ years of direct account sales experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Traditional Chemistry industries

(Direct sales only; agent or distributor sales excluded)

·        Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or equivalent practical experience

·        Proven experience in B2B value-based solution sales

(data & analytics, consulting, or complex solution sales preferred)

·        Strong ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers, management, and internal teams

·        Demonstrated capability to identify opportunities through insightful questioning and curiosity-driven engagement

·        Business-level proficiency in English

·        Ability to view and assess business from multiple perspectives (customer, colleagues, product teams)

·        Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term customer trust

Nice-to-haves

·        Experience working in a global organization with strong standards for Ethics and D&I

·        Experience selling solutions or services to corporate R&D organizations

·        Innovative mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo

·        Understanding of semiconductor / battery / EV / electronics industry sectors

An Ideal Candidate:

Account Management & Sales Execution

·           Manage and grow a portfolio of key, strategic customer accounts across Pharma, Biotech, and Traditional Chemistry industries

·           Drive direct B2B account sales (non-agent / non-distributor), maintaining full end-to-end ownership of customer relationships

·           Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer partnerships

·           Build and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships through confident and professional communication

 

Customer Engagement & Value Delivery

·           Engage customers beyond routine contact points with high‑impact, value‑driven communication

·           Understand customer needs by asking insightful, curiosity‑driven questions and responding with agility

·           Conduct business reviews from multiple perspectives (customer, internal teams, product stakeholders)

 

 

Internal Collaboration & Strategic Thinking

·           Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, data, analytics teams) to maximize revenue outcomes

·           Challenge existing commercial approaches and introduce innovative, customer‑centric solutions

·           Contribute to strategic account planning and long‑term growth initiatives
