Job Title

Finance and Admin Assistant Manager

 

Location         

Seoul, Korea


Key Competencies:

· Prepare financial reports including month-end closing and support external accounting agency

· Monitor payments and expenses such as payroll, invoices, and reimbursements

· Manage budgeting and cash flow, including forecasts and annual budget coordination

· Handle tax and regulatory reporting and liaise with external parties

· Support HR and admin tasks like payroll coordination, benefits, and daily office/store operations


An Ideal Candidate:

· Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

· Hands-on experience in HR and administrative operations

· Strong proficiency in business-level English (spoken and written)

· Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll coordination

· Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and external partners
