What You Bring

  • Fluency in German & English (written + verbal)
  • Strong analytical mindset & attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel; SAP/Oracle experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Ariba or other procurement tools is beneficial
  • Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain is preferred — but training is provided


Location: EMEA (Regional role)

What You’ll Do

As a Vendor Manager, you will:

  • Analyze global spend to uncover trends, risks, and cost‑saving opportunities
  • Build dashboards & reporting insights using Excel, PowerBI, and global procurement tools
  • Support supplier onboarding, performance reviews, and ongoing vendor management
  • Handle PR/PO workflows, receipts, and contract data across SAP, Ariba, Oracle
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit standards
  • Assist with RFI/RFP processes and e‑sourcing activities
  • Collaborate with suppliers, Finance, and Procurement teams to resolve escalations
  • Maintain clean, accurate procurement system data
  • Support invoice reconciliation and PO lifecycle management
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across global processes


You’ll Also Be Involved In

  • Supporting ServiceNow, Saviynt, and ERP system tickets
  • Managing supplier changes, approvals, and deactivations
  • Providing audit-ready documentation and P‑card monitoring
  • Delivering regional support across EMEA & global teams
