Adecco in partnership with our client is currently hiring a full-time passionate and results-driven General Manager to lead an established quick service restaurant in Fredericton, NB. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, driving sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will lead a team to uphold the organization's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, maintaining exceptional guest service, cleanliness, and food quality standards.

  • Optimize financial performance by managing costs, driving sales, and ensuring overall profitability.

  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house functions while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and build customer loyalty.

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.

  • Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and development to foster team efficiency and professional growth.

  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to uphold the brand’s reputation and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or retail industry, ideally in a fast-paced setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to manage budgets and generate reports.

  • Strong expertise in team leadership, scheduling, and employee training.

  • Proven ability to manage costs effectively, including inventory control, resource allocation, and financial planning.

  • Dedicated and results-driven professional with a history of enhancing service quality and achieving business objectives.

  • Outstanding leadership skills, with a focus on staff development and optimizing operational performance.
