Finance Manager - Senior

Adecco is actively seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager for a full-time, permanent opportunity with our client, a leading player in the Manufacturing industry based in Southwestern ON. The successful candidate will lead the financial strategy and operations, with a strong focus on financial reporting, treasury management, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization.

• Pay Rate: $170k-$190k/year.

• Location: Southwestern ON

Responsibilities:  

• Establish onsite financial capabilities to implement financial strategies aligned with operational goals.

• Lead financial reporting and compliance efforts, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and robust internal controls.

• Manage treasury functions including cash flow, investment strategies, and risk mitigation.

• Drive operational excellence through strategic initiatives and continuous cost optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multi-million-dollar projects and support manufacturing operations.

• Oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory tax obligations (local and international).

• Maintain financial systems and lead ERP implementation or enhancements.

• Influence corporate decision-making through insightful financial analysis and recommendations.

Requirements:  

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or MBA is highly preferred.

• Extensive experience in a senior finance role within the manufacturing industry.

• Demonstrated success in treasury management, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

• Proven ability to lead and influence corporate strategy.

• Experience with ERP implementation or large-scale financial systems.

• Deep understanding of local and international compliance regulations.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
